BlackBx is a group workout that combines interval cardio and strength training in a fun and energetic setting. The workout is led by an instructor and typically lasts for 55 minutes.

Interval training involves alternating short bursts of intense activity with periods of rest or lower-intensity activity.

Founder

Sheena Jones Hinduja has a background in working for large corporations, including ITC, AB InBev, and Target. In 2017, she decided to pursue her passion for fitness by launching The Pilates Studio, one of the first fitness centres to specialize in Stott Pilates, in partnership with celebrity trainers Namrata and Samir Purohit.

KRISTIAN EBENEZAR

Kristian Ebenezar is a Bangalore-based strength and conditioning coach with over a decade of experience in this field. His famous ‘phantom workout’ took India by storm in 2015, and since then, the name ‘phantom boss’ has been a force to reckon with in the Indian fitness space. Kristian has guided over 100+ transformations in less than 6 years.

Huzefa T, also known as Coach Mogambo, has been involved in the fitness industry for 9 years. He along with Kris co-founded India’s first fully functional training gym called The Outfit in 2014. He is currently the strength and conditioning coach for RCB's women's team at the IPL, and is also RCB's social media fitness partner since 2019. Through the years he has been associated with studying Westside Barbel and Exos performance certificate tuition for NSCA CSCS certification for over 5 years to mentor upcoming trainers.
